Literature Text

I've felt this way before,
And though time has purged so much,
I saw this fateful creature,
Not a stranger to me, as such.

And so I know the motions,
My duty, as a friend,
I know those powder footsteps,
And how it is to end.

Abrupt in its finale,
But special nonetheless,
A dignified surrender,
And wishful thoughts...
(God bless)
This is the final version as I've just posted a nice hand-written copy to her... I'm happy now :-) (Smile)

I like to fancy myself as a poet, and youve got some great emotional inflection. Its not exactly an original rhyme scheme, but sometimes, like this cae, it doesnt matter... Good job!
